General photo delivery timeline is one day after the on-site appointment. A $50 reschedule/cancellation fee will be applied to any same day scheduling adjustments.
Client's Responsibilities: The client AGREES to ensure that the property is clean, tidy, and adequately staged prior to the scheduled photo shoot. If the property is not ready at the time of the shoot, the photographer will reschedule and the client will be subject to a $50 reshoot fee.
